Doubtful, but we may wish it had at some point over the next couple of weeks . . . they are intense! First there is the second New Moon in Gemini on 19 June, followed the next day by the Solstice, then comes the much ballyhooed first exact square between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn on 24 June – and that’s just next week.
The following week starts off with Saturn in Libra stationing direct, Mercury entering Leo and a VERY aggravating Jupiter in Gemini square to Neptune in Pisces – all on 25 June. Later in the week on 27 June, Venus in Gemini will be stationing direct after spending six weeks in reverse.
Personally I feel it will be the Jupiter-Neptune square we will end up hating the most because NOBODY will shut up long enough to listen to what the other person has to say. Neptune will make sure the fog machine is working at peak efficiency so expect garbled messages and extreme exaggeration of facts. The politicians around the globe are going to be in full cry and comics everywhere will be in ecstasy. I will be continuing to post reminders to avoid making critical decisions until after the first of July at the earliest because there is bound to be an essential piece of information missing.
On the Solstice there will be a big shift into cardinal signs, leaving no planets in the fixed signs and only a few in mutable. Water and earth dominate the elements increasing passive-aggressive behaviors when under pressure to perform. The Solstice chart often sets the tone for the following six months and I see the two squares – Jupiter square Neptune and Uranus square Pluto – contributing to higher stress levels due to continuing polarization and an abundance of hot air. Lovely.
The good news has to do with Saturn and Venus stationing direct. Guess what, Libras!! We’re going to be little oases of sanity over the next couple of weeks and probably beyond. That’s because we have Saturn on our side, helping us remember the importance of fairness and compromise when others are calling for the opposition’s heads. Obviously this is not going to be easy but we can do this!
Once the Jupiter-Neptune square begins to wane, the rhetoric will soften some and those folks with planets and Angles around 3 degrees in the mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces) will have an easier time of it. Between now and the first of July, please do your best to take things with a grain of salt.
As for the Uranus-Pluto square . . . I’m thinking most of us have a pretty good idea of how it will play out. We have three more years of watching the collective undergo periodic upheavals but it should be obvious by now life will not go back to the way it was a few years ago, period.
Batten down the hatches, warm up your trusty truth detectors and do your best to remain civil! It’s going to be an interesting ride!

LOL, Debbie! I completely get both the excitement and the qualification.

yep this libra moon asc is enthusiastic bout the turn around of he who has plodded his way through my 12th house, backing up over my moon and my asc, but he has taught me well. However, my merc at 8′ cancer has not enjoyed pluto’s opposition nor uranus square to it and each other, well its just dandy…not but i am determined to find the fairness and goodness that has to be possible, even with uranus also about to quincux my first house neptune uh oh, so yeah jupiter doing a tango with neptune a couple of degrees short of my chiron ive been doing a return with also, this cancerian has had to fight the urge to take this all personally and not become paranoid that the planets are completely involved in a conspiracy aimed totally at ME! hahaha! oh yeah and guess what? MC uranus mars lillith and nth node, yep all in leo and then of course there’s my pluto at 5 virgo…see what I mean, sink or swim, thank goodness as i said, saturn had made me over and over face my fears till they are now like the little man behind the wizard of oz mask, or I just dont know how i would have coped. Hooray for Saturn! oh my, yep completely delusional…..
Welcome Deb!

LOL! It’s either laugh or cry time, isn’t it? Personally I see Cancer folk as the ones who are & will be taking the Uranus-Pluto sq in the shorts. Libras at least have had the support of Saturn in Libra.
Saturn entering Scorpio does come down on Cancer’s side & should prove helpful with handling Pluto in Cappy in particular.
Our Chiron Return usually turns out to be a good thing and many make the realization they really ARE decent, competent people.
Best of luck to you!

I will be continuing to post reminders to avoid making critical decisions until after the first of July at the earliest because there is bound to be an essential piece of information missing. Ugh, doesn’t bode well for a cousin who’s getting married June 30. Although if they made the decision to get hitched over a year ago, maybe that mitigates this current aspect.
Hey Joe,
I was thinking in terms of choices made now. Last minute changes could trend to the ‘over the top’.

When we’ve moved through this time we will be so happy it’s behind us. I’ve been yelling “uncle” for ages. But relief is not to be, not just yet at least. Thanks for the updates.
