What have we got this week? For starters, the Sun leaps into fiery Sagittarius eager to the leave depths and angst of Scorpio. It will be a welcome change of pace for most of us, especially Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, the fire sign crew.
Within a few hours after the Sun enters Sagittarius, Venus reluctantly leaves her home sign of Libra for the darker climes of Scorpio. This is not a comfortable place for pleasure loving Venus with its obsessions and jealousies. Venus prefers a peaceful environment where she can indulge in harmless flirtations and look beautiful for her many admirers.
Both the Sun and Venus will encounter Neptune in Pisces almost immediately and it’s off to the land of pleasant illusions including some of the romantic variety. Please don’t take yourself or anyone else too seriously mid-week and above all, don’t make promises you have no intention of keeping, OK?
The reason for staying on the straight and narrow is Friday’s square between Mars in Capricorn and Uranus in Aries. Tempers are sure to short and people more willing than usual to pick fights over the smallest thing. If you can keep it together and avoid punching someone out, on Saturday Mars makes a soothing sextile to Saturn in Scorpio, cooling the atmosphere to a tolerable level.
Finishing off an eventful few days is an irritating inconjunct between Venus in Scorpio and Uranus in Aries on Sunday as well as a more benign trine between Venus and Chiron in sympathetic Pisces. Please refrain from leaping to unwarranted conclusions about your lover, at least not until you are sure of the facts. It would appear there will be an opportunity to kiss and make up in the end.
Best time to deal with day to day routines and business is the first half of the week. In the USA we have a national holiday, Thanksgiving, on Thursday where we get together with family, eat turkey and either watch football or do our best to avoid answering awkward questions from relatives. By the way, those heading out to shop till they drop on Black Friday are the ones I vote as most likely to get into knock down drag outs.

I know your boss annoys the holy living heck out of you, Aries, but please walk away and cool down before you say or do something unforgivable. There is every reason to believe it will work out fine in the long run, OK?
Whilst others are running around putting out fires, Taurus, you may be giving serious thought to committing yourself to some type of long term relationship. Naturally you need to take a long look at the financial ramifications this might produce. Careful.
Please don’t forget your thinking isn’t all that clear right now, Gemini, before you decide to do anything rash. If someone approaches you midweek about going into business with them, ask for a week or so to think it over. Take it slow.
This week is a mixed bag for you, Cancer, so tread carefully. A disagreement with your partner could blow up unexpectedly late in the week over work related matters. Call for a time out over the weekend to regroup. Maybe dinner somewhere special?
If you have a choice between traveling and staying home later this week, Leo, I vote for staying home. Take time to enjoy hanging out with family and playing with your children or grandchildren if you have them. Stick with your usual routines.
If you have work you need to finish, Virgo, do it Monday and Tuesday because other distractions await later on . . . pleasant for the most part. The weekend looks good for interesting discussions and quiet relaxation with someone special. Not bad!
A shift you may see this week, Libra, is feeling like your mind has come alive again whilst at the same time you might begin to feel more positive about a bump up in the income department. Keep a low profile late in the week to avoid squabbles.
Instead of being seen as source of energy, Scorpio, it is your turn to be on the receiving of the very pleasant variety. The next few weeks are a great time to make improvements to your appearance though they may be subtle ones.
At this time it would be easy for you to get too pushy about collecting money other people owe you, Sagittarius. Just because it is your turn to shine, you still need to keep one foot in reality too . . . especially midweek.
Ordinarily you are quite good at keeping your temper, Capricorn, but late this week something a family member says may cause you to lose it. Fortunately this episode will pass quickly and you will regain control . . . maybe too much control.
Just when you are in the mood to relax and spend time with your peers, Aquarius, the temptation to let some idiot have it may get the better of you. Whilst this may quickly blow over, it could ruin the party atmosphere.
If you wish to impress the boss with your brilliant ideas, Pisces, be very, very sure you are working with good information. Call on one of your favorite teachers or professors to get a second opinion. Good chance they’ll back you up.

Thanks for the Scorpio tip. I’ve been thinking of trying some new skincare products, but thought I should wait until Mercury goes direct. Interesting that Mars and Uranus will square off on Black Friday. That seems like a scary day to go shopping.

Generally speaking it seldom hurts to wait for Mercury to go direct. I’ve been tracking Venus transits when it comes appearance for years & have found when she conjoins the Sun, ASC or natal Venus are especially favorable.
Avoiding shopping on Black Friday, except online, is the sane option this year . . .

I usually stay away from crowds and make stuff, make purchases online, and/or just enjoy a nice experience with loved ones (a meal out).

Me too. I am not an enthusiastic shopper at best & avoid the Black Friday scene like the plague. Seriously though, I encourage everyone to think two or three times about venturing out this time around. Scary out there.
