Observations: Libra Full Moon Musings

In the days leading up to this Full Moon in Libra, I’ve had numerous reminders of classic Libra behaviors in regards to their partners. We tend to drop whatever we’re doing in response to our partner’s needs/requests/demands. Being married to a very Aries Aries (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Jupiter and Ascendant in Aries) this is the time of year he tends to take up more than his share of the oxygen in the room . . . especially now Uranus is in Aries and conjoining his Sun.

Ordinarily the Full Moon at 17° 23′ Libra on 6 April 2012, 12:20 PM PDT, favors sitting down to talk over relationship issues with your partner but not this one. Unfortunately lovely Venus in Gemini squares an uncomfortable Mars in Virgo and both are involved in a T-Square with elusive Neptune. Saturn in Libra is standing firm and calling for compromise on the Full Moon at 27° 44″ Libra, April 17, 2011, 7:44 PM PDT, marking a subsiding of the wildness of the New Moon in Aries when Mars conjoined Uranus and Jupiter the Luminaries. Sounds good to me!
