Observations: Feeling the Aries Love

© Diane Lang

We might as well seek out ways to enjoy living with Aries in the house because from April 1 until May 11, 2011 we will have at least five planets in the first sign of the zodiac. Mars will shift into Aries on April 1 joining the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Uranus . . . that is a LOT of Aries, folks!

Not only will there be an abundance of Aries during that time period, there are even more planets in cardinal signs because Saturn in Libra and Pluto in Capricorn bring the total [...]

Observations: Loving Saturn in Libra

© Danijel Micka | Dreamstime.com

With all the hype and excitement surrounding Jupiter’s entrance into Aries, Saturn stationing retrograde today in Libra has been overlooked and I may know why . . . Saturn is just not into making waves in equitable Libra.

Libra is the balance wheel of the zodiac and those of us with plenty of Libra often quietly step in to keep those around us on an even keel. Saturn in Libra seems to be doing much the same – in my life anyway – due to my progressed Sun being in Saturn ruled Capricorn. [...]

Observations: The Agony of Change

© Ajv123ajv | Dreamstime.com

Tomorrow Jupiter moves into Aries and initiates a new cycle focused on the individual and an opportunity to make adjustments in our behaviors. In other words . . . change!

Most humans do NOT like change in any way, shape or form and we usually only modify our behaviors under extreme duress. There are those who would have us believe otherwise but in my personal experience and observations, that just ain’t so.

For example, my parents built a new home in 1977 and the river flooded when they had just started living in it. [...]

At Last! Mars in Virgo!

Just a quick “head’s up” about Mars entering Virgo and the resulting inconjuncts to both Jupiter and Uranus in Aries because this could make the transition much more interesting.

Since both Jupiter and Uranus are in Aries (which Mars rules) Mars gains more punch whenever he forms an aspect to those two planets. The formal astrological term is ‘dipositor’ for those who like such things. Me, I’m just going to pay particular attention to the red planet as long as Uranus is in Aries!

This morning Mars will first inconjunct Jupiter at 7:26AM PDT and then inconjunct Uranus at [...]

Observations: Libra cautions on Jupiter in Aries

As the date approaches for Jupiter to leave easy going Pisces and leap into Aries, it occurs to me taking some precautions and practicing saying “No” to harebrained schemes might be a good plan for those of us who need time to make our decisions.

I really truly DO NOT like feeling pressured or rushed when I have to make critical decisions . . . or even deciding if a decision is critical or not. My Mars-Mercury conjunction in the fixed sign of Scorpio does not function at high speed and with all my Libra screaming for more time [...]
