Reality Check – Saturn Direct

Ever since Saturn turned direct last Saturday, I’ve become increasingly aware I may have taken on a whole lot more than I can reasonably handle. Neptune sitting in my third house and squaring my Mercury and Ascendant since the first of the year may have been the reason it took me so long to figure this out – that and because I’m a typically stubborn fixed sign type. Mercury Rx & Saturn Station

Saturn has moved back to within a degree of my Midheaven reminding me to clean up my act. With Neptune & Co in my third house, staying organized has been a real challenge because my edges are so blurry. Right now I am scattered all over the place – or so it feels.

Mercury Rx Slowdown, Yay!

I’m starting to look forward to the periods when Mercury is retrograde because the pace of our fast forward life often slows down some. How in the world did we end up feeling driven to go faster and faster?

It sure wasn’t fixed sign types like Taurus folk who promoted it. They vastly prefer to amble along at their own speed. Leo always wants his audience to sit enthralled as long as possible with plenty of encores, and Scorpios just want to be left alone to do what Scorpios do. Hee hee

Mercury Rx: Time to Slow Down

I don’t know about anyone else but it seems my life has been on fast forward since my birthday in late October last fall and the first Saturn-Uranus opposition with Uranus (taking place on my tenth-fourth axis creating chaos on the home-front). My other on-going Uranus square Uranus transit has kept the background tension ratcheted up too . . . my moderation loving Libra Moon is NOT happy!

Now Mercury is going in reverse for the first time in 2009 and I’m looking forward to moving at a slower pace for the next three weeks. Saturn [...]

Mercury Retrograde in Libra Thoughts

Mercury in Libra is inclined to see all things from both sides anyway and being retrograde just amplifies the effect and I am seeing instances everywhere of this happening.

For one thing, I’m giving serious thought to whether or not Mercury Retch is as responsible for as many things going awry as is commonly thought.
