New Moon in Libra, September 27, 2011

This will certainly not be a peaceful New Moon at 4° 00′ Libra on September 27, 2011 4:09 AM PDT. Usually the New Moon in Libra is a time to celebrate beauty and harmony but not this time around with Uranus in Aries sitting in opposition and Pluto in Capricorn squaring it. Contentiousness, discord and flat out polarization are far more likely.

Observations: Honoring Venus in Libra

Naturally I wish to honor Venus’s annual visit to her home sign of Libra where she is her most comfortable and her most gracious. Yes, Venus in Libra can be a wee bit superficial but no one’s perfect.

After spending time in self-effacing Virgo, Venus is ready to dress in her most tasteful, color coordinated outfit and head to socialize with her peers and numerous admirers. Charming and pleasant are both good descriptive terms for this Venus as she goes out of her way to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves in her company.

Libra Weekly Horoscopes – September 12, 2011

Venus enters her home sign of Libra this week on 14 September and while this makes her very happy, her journey starts off rather rough. That’s because first she opposes Uranus in Aries on 17 September and squares Pluto in Capricorn the following day . . . both events about guaranteed to throw off her balance. Uranus is arrogant and willful in Aries, not to mention changeable as always whilst Pluto in Capricorn has so many rules it makes poor Venus’s head hurt trying to keep track of them all.
